Do you offer gifts for cats?
At this stage there are no packs for cats but if you contact us we may be able to create a pack for you. In the future if the demand is there we will bring out Perfect Pet Packs for cats.
How long will the gift take to get to my house?
That depends on where you live. All gifts are sent express post from Victoria, Australia so they should generally take 3 –5 business days to arrive.
How do I order two packs?
You can easily add two or more products in the "Quantity Field" of your shopping cart before check out.
Can I swap one of the gifts in the packs for something else?
At this stage the gifts are standard, however if you contact us there may be an opportunity to discuss alterations if you are buying a few packs.
How do I know if my booking has been made?
You will receive a booking confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase.
How much will it cost to send?
Postage costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart depending on your location.
Do you service countries outside of Australia?
Not at this stage.
How do I change or cancel my order?
To change or cancel an order please contact us via email immediately as all changes or cancelations must be made before the gift has been sent. You will be notified via email when the present is in the mail.
Can I add more items to my pack?
Not at this stage, however if you are hoping to purchase multiple gifts please contact us there may be an opportunity to discuss alterations.
What are my payment options?
You can pay for your Perfect Pet Pack using your PayPal account, your Visa or Master card credit or your debit card.
Is there a store I can visit to view your products?
We are solely an online business so there is no store as such, however the photos provided should give a good indication of the products in the packs. If you have further questions please contact us, we’re always happy to hear from our customers.
Are any of your other items sold separately or just the bone?
Not at this stage, however if you are hoping to purchase multiple gifts please contact us there may be an opportunity to discuss alterations.
